by Visitors create sand art and perform reflective exercises under starlight.
Rajasthan has introduced Moonlit Desert Art Labs, nighttime sessions where participants create sand art inspired by reflective prompts. According to Hindustan Times, facilitators provide guidance, lanterns, and thematic instructions for creative exploration.
Participants report inspiration, cultural connection, and mindfulness. Organizers provide safety oversight, structured exercises, and interactive activities. Critics note desert hazards, but proponents emphasize wellness, artistic enrichment, and tourism engagement. Future plans include collaborative projects, seasonal festivals, and public exhibitions of desert art creations.
